Hollywood Dropout – The Soundtrack

Like many writers, I get some of my best inspiration from music. Every time I start a new novel or screenwriting project, I make a playlist and listen to those songs on repeat while I write. Sometimes one or two songs stick out and even make it into the manuscript. Now that The Hollywood Dropout has been published for 9 months–it’s a full-grown baby :’)–I wanted to share with you the songs that inspired me. Some of these songs even sparked ideas that became whole scenes and characters. Isn’t it crazy what music can do for us?
